From the requirement into day-to-day store operations
I have been implementing POS and payment systems in retail since 2010, first as a business analyst and since 2014 also as a project manager. The POS system, payment terminal and inventory management usually come from different vendors. I align the technical solution with all internal and external stakeholders and make sure the systems work together. The largest rollout covered 13 European countries and around 11,000 tills. I have worked in IT since 2000. For the Telekom group I previously tested and designed rating and billing systems.
